Welcome to All DashAI (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the All DashAI WordPress plugin (“Product”) and any purchases processed through Freemius, our authorized reseller.

By installing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

All DashAI is a WordPress plugin focused on operational visibility and maintenance workflows. The Product provides:

  • System Health snapshot and diagnostics inside wp-admin
  • Logs capture and organization in a dedicated database table
  • Knowledge Center to centralize project links, environments, and contacts
  • Monitoring Reports (weekly email summaries) based on System and Logs
  • Optional AI features using a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) OpenAI API key

Licensing, payments, subscriptions, and trials are managed by Freemius.

2. Use of the Product

You may use the Product according to the number of sites included in your purchased license (if applicable).

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, or resell the Product
  • Circumvent or disable license verification
  • Modify or reverse-engineer the Product (except as permitted by applicable law)
  • Use the Product in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms

A valid license may be required for premium features, updates, and support.

3. Payments & Licensing (Freemius)

All trial activations, purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled exclusively by Freemius, acting as the merchant of record.

Freemius is responsible for validating payment methods, managing trial expiration, activating subscriptions, billing, and handling subscription lifecycle events.

We do not process or store payment information.

Trial

  • All DashAI may offer a time-limited free trial for paid plans.
  • A valid payment method may be required to start the free trial.
  • No charges are applied during the trial period.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable license fee will be charged by Freemius.
  • You may cancel through the Freemius Customer Portal to avoid being charged.

4. Updates

Active license holders may receive security updates, bug fixes, and new features through the WordPress dashboard.

If a license expires, premium features may stop functioning and access to updates and support may be limited.

5. Support

We provide basic email support for active license holders.

Support includes:

  • Installation assistance
  • Configuration guidance
  • Issues directly related to the Product

Support does NOT include:

  • Custom development
  • Fixing third-party plugin or theme conflicts
  • Guaranteed response times or SLAs

6. Third-Party Services

6.1 Freemius

Freemius is used for licensing, trial, and subscription management. Your use of Freemius services is governed by Freemius’ terms and policies.

6.2 OpenAI (optional, BYOK)

If you enable AI features and provide your own OpenAI API key, the Product may send selected diagnostic data (such as System snapshot data, Logs, and Monitoring Report summary inputs) to OpenAI to generate AI-powered insights.

You are responsible for your OpenAI account, API usage, and compliance with OpenAI’s terms and policies. AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before acting on it.

6.3 Email delivery

Monitoring Reports are sent using your WordPress site’s email configuration. Deliverability may depend on your hosting provider and/or any SMTP plugins or services you configure. You are responsible for ensuring your site can send email reliably.

7. Intellectual Property

The Product, branding, documentation, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of All DashAI. These Terms do not grant any right to redistribute or resell the Product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • No guarantees of performance, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation are made.
  • We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Product.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • License misuse is detected
  • Unauthorized redistribution occurs
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Payment is not completed or a trial converts to a paid subscription without successful payment (via Freemius)

You may stop using the Product at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. A new “Last Updated” date will be posted when changes occur.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPATIBLE WITH ALL THEMES, PLUGINS, OR HOSTING ENVIRONMENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability (Additional)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DASHAI, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY CLAIM BY THIRD PARTIES.

YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY ISSUE WITH THE SOFTWARE IS TO STOP USING IT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE DURING THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
