Welcome to All DashAI WP (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (alldashai.com) and any purchases or downloads of our WordPress plugin (“Product”).
By accessing our site or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
All DashAI WP is a WordPress plugin designed for operational visibility and maintenance workflows. The Product provides:
- System Health snapshot and diagnostics inside wp-admin
- Logs capture and organization (stored locally in a dedicated database table)
- Knowledge Center to centralize project links, environments, and contacts
- Monitoring Reports (weekly email summaries) based on System and Logs
- Optional AI features using a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) OpenAI API key
Licenses, billing, payments, upgrades, subscriptions, and account management are powered by Freemius, our authorized reseller.
2. Use of the Product
You may install and use the Product in accordance with the number of licensed sites included in your purchase.
You agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell the Product without permission
- Circumvent license restrictions
- Modify or reverse-engineer the Product (except as permitted by applicable law)
- Use the Product in a way that violates applicable laws
Your license will remain active as long as your subscription (if applicable) remains in good standing through Freemius.
3. Payments & Licensing
All transactions for the Product—including purchases, renewals, cancellations, license activations, and payment processing—are handled exclusively by Freemius, which acts as the merchant of record.
Payment terms, renewal rules, and refund eligibility follow the Freemius policies:

We do not process or store payment information on our website.
4. Updates
Active license holders receive plugin updates, security improvements, and feature enhancements.
Updates are delivered directly inside the WordPress dashboard. If a license expires, premium features may no longer function.
5. Support
We provide basic email support for active license holders.
Support is limited to:
- Installation questions
- Configuration guidance
- Issues directly related to the Product
We do not offer:
- Custom development
- Theme/plugin compatibility fixes
- Guaranteed response times or SLAs
We aim to assist whenever possible, but availability may vary.
6. Third-Party Services
The Product may rely on third-party services in limited ways:
- Freemius for licensing, billing, trials, and subscription management.
- OpenAI (optional) if you enable AI features and provide your own OpenAI API key (BYOK). In that case, the Product may send selected diagnostic data (such as System snapshot data, Logs, and Monitoring Report summary inputs) to OpenAI to generate AI-powered insights.
- Email delivery for Monitoring Reports uses your WordPress site’s email configuration. Deliverability may depend on your host and/or any SMTP plugin/service you configure.
You are responsible for your third-party accounts, usage, and compliance with those providers’ terms and policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The Product, branding, website content, and documentation are the exclusive property of All DashAI WP. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We make no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, or availability.
- We are not liable for loss of revenue, data, profits, business interruption, or any indirect damages.
Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Product.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Product if:
- A license is misused
- Unauthorized redistribution occurs
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Required payment is not completed (managed via Freemius)
You may stop using the Product at any time by uninstalling it from WordPress.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When changed, a new “Last Updated” date will be displayed at the top of the page.
