Third-Party Services
The Product may optionally integrate with third-party services.
Examples may include:
OpenAI (optional) if you enable AI features and provide your own OpenAI API key (BYOK). In that case, the Product may send selected diagnostic data (such as System snapshot data, Logs, and Monitoring Report summary inputs) to OpenAI to generate AI-powered insights.
Email delivery for Monitoring Reports uses your WordPress site’s email configuration. Deliverability may depend on your hosting provider and/or any SMTP plugin or email service you configure.
You are responsible for your use of any third-party services and for complying with their terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
The Product, branding, website content, and documentation are the exclusive property of All DashAI WP.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
Limitation of Liability
