This Licensing Agreement and End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the All DashAI WP plugin (“Software”).
By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to the terms below.


1. License Grant

When you purchase a license through Freemius, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of websites specified in your plan.

You may:

  • Install the Software on licensed sites

  • Use all included features according to your plan

  • Receive updates and support while your license is active

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or sublicense the Software

  • Circumvent license restrictions

  • Modify or distribute the Software without permission

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code


2. License Activation and Management

Licenses are purchased, activated, and managed through Freemius, our authorized reseller.

Your license remains valid while:

  • Your payment is active (subscription)

If a license expires:

  • Premium features may stop working

  • Future updates and support become unavailable


3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software, branding, documentation, logos, and related assets are the exclusive property of All DashAI WP.

This EULA does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.


4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Distribute or publish the Software outside your licensed use

  • Use the Software to develop competing products

  • Modify the Software to remove branding, licensing, or security mechanisms

  • Share license keys publicly or privately

  • Use the Software in violation of local or international laws

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination.


5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if:

  • The license is used on unapproved or excessive sites

  • Unauthorized distribution or sharing occurs

  • Payment for a subscription fails

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

Upon termination:

  • You must stop using the Software

  • Premium features and updates will no longer function


6. Updates

Active license holders receive:

  • Feature updates

  • Security improvements

  • Compatibility patches

Updates are delivered through the WordPress dashboard.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting configurations.


7. Support

Basic email support is available to active license holders.

Support does not include:

  • Custom development

  • Fixing third-party conflicts

  • Guaranteed response times or SLAs

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Software may connect to optional services such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Google Analytics.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of those platforms.
We do not retain third-party data beyond what is necessary to display plugin features.


9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation

  • Compatibility with all hosting environments

  • Availability of all features at all times


10. No Support Obligation

We are not obligated to provide any fixes, patches, updates, resolutions,
or continued maintenance for issues, bugs, errors, or incompatibilities.

Any technical assistance is provided voluntarily and without guarantee.
We do not represent or warrant that any reported issue will be resolved.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All DashAI WP, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Downtime or incompatibility caused by third-party software

Your exclusive remedy is to stop using the Software.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the license during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.


12. Refunds

All refunds are exclusively handled by Freemius according to their official refund policy.

We do not issue direct refunds under any circumstances and do not process refund requests via email or support channels.

Requests made outside Freemius’ refund window are not eligible for refund.


13. Exclusive Remedy

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software,
its features, performance, or failure to perform, is to discontinue use of the Software.
No other remedies, damages, or compensations shall be available.


14. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable in your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer protection regulations.
