This Licensing Agreement and End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the All DashAI plugin (“Software”).
By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to the terms below.
1. License Grant
When you start a free trial or purchase a license through Freemius, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of websites specified in your selected plan.
During an active free trial or paid subscription, you may:
- Install the Software on licensed sites
- Use all features included in your plan
- Receive updates and support in accordance with the Support Policy
You may not:
- Share, resell, or sublicense the Software
- Circumvent license or trial restrictions
- Modify or distribute the Software without permission
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code
2. License Activation, Trial, and Management
Licenses and free trials are activated and managed exclusively through Freemius, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.
A valid payment method is required to start a free trial. No charges are applied during the trial period.
Unless cancelled before expiration, a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription and billing begins.
Your license remains valid while:
- A free trial is active, or
- A paid subscription is active and in good standing
If a license expires or a subscription is cancelled:
- Premium features may stop working
- Future updates and support become unavailable
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software, branding, documentation, logos, and all related assets are the exclusive property of All DashAI.
This EULA does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Distribute or publish the Software outside your licensed use
- Use the Software to develop or assist competing products
- Modify the Software to remove branding, licensing, or security mechanisms
- Share license keys or trial access publicly or privately
- Use the Software in violation of applicable laws
Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if:
- The license is used on unapproved or excessive sites
- Unauthorized distribution or sharing occurs
- A trial converts to a paid subscription without successful payment
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
Upon termination:
- You must stop using the Software
- Premium features, updates, and support will no longer function
6. Updates
Users with an active free trial or paid license may receive:
- Feature updates
- Security improvements
- Compatibility patches
Updates are delivered through the WordPress dashboard.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting configurations.
7. Support
Basic email support is available exclusively to users with an active free trial or paid license.
Support does not include:
- Custom development
- Fixing third-party conflicts
- Guaranteed response times or SLAs

8. Third-Party Integrations
The Software may connect to optional services such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Google Analytics, OpenAI (for AI-powered features), and email delivery providers (SMTP).
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of those platforms.
We do not retain third-party data beyond what is necessary to display Software features or perform explicitly requested actions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all hosting environments
- Availability of all features at all times
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All DashAI, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or data
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Downtime or incompatibility caused by third-party software
- AI-generated output errors or misinterpretation
- Email delivery failures
Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Software.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the license during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Refunds
All refunds are handled exclusively by Freemius according to their official refund policy.
We do not issue direct refunds under any circumstances and do not process refund requests via email or support channels.
Requests made outside Freemius’ refund window are not eligible for refund.
12. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws applicable in your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer protection regulations.
