Pricing Package

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — All DashAI offers a 7-day free trial on all paid plans.

A valid credit card is required to start the trial, but no charges are applied during the trial period.
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

After a trial converts to a paid subscription and a payment is successfully processed, purchases are covered by a 7-day Money-Back Guarantee under Freemius’ Strict refund policy.

Refunds are granted only if a technical issue makes the plugin unusable and cannot be resolved within the refund window.

Can I request a custom package?

Currently, we offer three PRO plans: Essential (3 sites), Professional (10 sites), and Agency (30 sites). All plans include the same features—only the number of sites differs.

If you need more than 30 sites, you can purchase additional licenses. Each license can be used on the number of sites specified by the plan you choose.

Are revisions included in the price?

Yes! All plugin updates are included with an active PRO license.
When you purchase a PRO plan, you receive access to:

  • Automatic plugin updates

  • Feature enhancements released over time

  • Basic email support (limited to installation, configuration, and issues directly related to the plugin)

Your license must remain active and valid to receive updates and support.
Annual licenses must be renewed to continue receiving updates after the subscription period.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes! You can upgrade your package at any time. The process is simple: access your Freemius account in the WordPress admin, choose the new plan, and the system will automatically calculate the proportional value. Your new plan will be activated immediately after payment.
When upgrading, you'll receive proportional credit for the remaining time on your current plan. The new plan will be charged for the full period (annual or monthly, as available).

What kind of support do I get?

All DashAI includes lightweight, limited product support focused on installation, basic configuration, and questions related directly to the plugin. Support does not include guaranteed issue resolution, custom development, or fixing third-party conflicts.
