Knowledge Center

The Knowledge Center module centralizes project links, environments, and key contacts into a single operational hub inside wp-admin — reducing friction, improving onboarding, and keeping project context close to System Health and Logs.

Overview

Knowledge Center turns your WordPress admin into a structured operational hub. Instead of hunting for staging URLs, design files, documentation, and key contacts across tools, everything stays organized inside All DashAI.

What you get
  • Single source of truth for links and project context
  • Organized categories for faster navigation
  • Quick access to environments (Production / Staging / Dev)
  • Centralized project contact information

What the Knowledge Center page does

1) Centralizes operational context

Keep critical links available inside the same dashboard where you already review System Health and Logs.

2) Standardizes structure across projects

Agencies can reuse the same structure across clients to speed up onboarding, audits, and handovers.

What to store (recommended)

  • Design & brand: Figma files, brand guides, asset libraries
  • Development & deploy: technical docs, hosting panels, deployment URLs, test dashboards
  • Team & communication: primary channels, meeting links, support inboxes
  • Docs & wiki: scopes, briefs, playbooks, SOPs
  • Storage & files: shared drives, folders, deliverables
  • Environments: Production, Staging, Development URLs
  • Contact info: site owner, project manager, technical lead

Important: Do not store passwords, private credentials, or API keys. Knowledge Center is designed for links and operational context only.

How to set up Knowledge Center

  1. Go to All DashAI → Settings.
  2. Enable Resources (Knowledge Center).
  3. Open All DashAI → Knowledge Center.
  4. Add links, environments, and contacts by category.

How Knowledge Center works

Knowledge Center content is stored locally as structured WordPress settings. This keeps the feature fast, reliable, and independent of third-party services.

Security model
  • Local-only data storage
  • No built-in credential storage
  • Designed for safe operational context sharing

Why this matters for agencies

  • Faster onboarding and reduced context switching
  • Cleaner project handovers
  • More consistent maintenance workflows
  • Better transparency when collaborating with clients
