Welcome to All DashAI WP (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the All DashAI WP WordPress plugin (“Product”) and any purchases processed through Freemius, our authorized reseller.

By installing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.


1. Overview

All DashAI WP is a premium WordPress plugin offering system insights, error logs, repository monitoring, Jira visualization, Google Analytics analysis, AI-powered summaries, and more. Licensing, payments, and subscriptions are managed entirely by Freemius.


2. Use of the Product

You may use the Product according to the number of sites included in your purchased license.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, or resell the Product

  • Circumvent or disable license verification

  • Modify or reverse-engineer the Product

  • Use the Product in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms

A valid license is required for premium features, updates, and support.


3. Payments & Licensing (Freemius)

All purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled exclusively by Freemius, acting as the merchant of record.

We do not process or store payment information.

Freemius Terms:


4. Updates

Active license holders receive security updates, bug fixes, and new features through the WordPress dashboard.
If a license expires, premium features may stop functioning.


5. Support

We provide basic email support for active license holders.

Support includes:

  • Installation assistance

  • Configuration guidance

  • Issues directly related to the Product

Support does NOT include:

  • Custom development

  • Fixing third-party plugin or theme conflicts

  • Guaranteed response times or SLAs


6. Third-Party Integrations

The Product may connect to optional services such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Google Analytics.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of those platforms.

OAuth tokens are stored locally in your WordPress database (encrypted).
No third-party data is stored beyond what is necessary to display features inside WordPress.


7. Intellectual Property

The Product, branding, documentation, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of All DashAI WP.
These Terms do not grant any right to redistribute or resell the Product.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”

  • No guarantees of performance, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation are made

  • We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Product.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • License misuse is detected

  • Unauthorized redistribution occurs

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Payment is not completed (via Freemius)

You may stop using the Product at any time by uninstalling it.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
A new “Last Updated” date will be posted when changes occur.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPATIBLE WITH ALL THEMES, PLUGINS, OR HOSTING ENVIRONMENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DASHAI WP, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY CLAIM BY THIRD PARTIES.

YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY ISSUE WITH THE SOFTWARE IS TO STOP USING IT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE DURING THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
