All DashAI WP uses Freemius as our official payment, licensing, and merchant-of-record partner.
All payments, renewals, cancellations, tax handling, and refunds are processed securely and exclusively by Freemius.
By purchasing our plugin, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms below, which reflect the Strict – Money Back Guarantee configuration in our Freemius settings.
1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee (Strict Policy)
You are protected by a 7-day money back guarantee.
A refund may be granted only if:
you experience a technical issue that makes the plugin unusable, and
our team is unable to resolve the issue, after reasonable troubleshooting, within the guarantee period.
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Freemius, in accordance with their Terms of Service:

2. Refunds Are Not Provided For
Under Freemius’ Strict refund rules, refunds cannot be issued due to:
Missing feature(s) or feature expectations
Conflicts with third-party plugins, themes, custom code, hosting environments, or server restrictions
Finding an alternative product
Change of mind or change of project requirements
Lack of compatibility with unsupported environments
These cases fall completely outside Freemius’ refund scope and therefore are not eligible for reimbursement.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted exclusively through the Freemius Customer Dashboard:

Refunds cannot be issued via email or any other communication channel.
All approval, verification and processing decisions are made directly by Freemius for security and compliance reasons.
4. Subscription Renewals
If you purchased a recurring subscription:
Renewals occur automatically through Freemius
You may cancel at any time from your Freemius account
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not qualify past payments for refund
We cannot modify, interrupt, or refund subscription payments directly
5. Our Responsibility
We are responsible for:
Maintaining the plugin and delivering updates
Providing basic configuration support
Investigating valid technical issues
We are not responsible for:
Payment processing, failed charges, or billing errors
Refund approvals or denials
Conflicts caused by themes, plugins, hosting setups or third-party systems
Server-side limitations, PHP versions, firewall or permission issues
Any financial or transactional matters handled by Freemius
All financial operations are managed exclusively by Freemius.
